What’s a Biomedical Engineering Major like?
生物医学工程专业focuses on applying the technical aspects of engineering to the world of health and biology.

Built-in Internships
This is the exciting part where yougain industry experience and get to put what you’ve learnt into practice while learning lots of new things along the way.Thetwo 6-month internshipsform part of the Diploma in Professional Engineering Practice.

Pathway Programs
你可以study a Diploma of Engineering with UTS Insearch and if you meet the required GPA(Grade Point Average), you cantransfer straight into the second year of a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours)。The Diploma can be completed in a year (standard) or even just 8 months (accelerated).

If you study a Bachelor of Engineering at UTS, you’ll take four subjects a semester. That means you could expect around 16 contact hours a week (of course, this is an estimate and it varies depending on the year you’re in and your major).
What are the assessments like?

For the more science-based exams,you’ll carry out pracs in the lab which you’re assessed on and there will also be final exams。Attendance for the labsare also important and count as a small percentage towards your final grade.
